We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to shop on our site. However, if you prefer to send a US Postal Money Order or a personal check, we welcome that as well. Please understand that personal checks may delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Shipping Policy

Stock items ship within 14 days of receipt and confirmation of the order. Personalized products will be shipped within 30 days of receipt of a customer-approved proof. Proofs are issued for all custom orders and must be approved by the customer before production begins. Every order placed on CountryCabinCrafter.com will be confirmed personally via e-mail. Please provide all information required, as incomplete information can result in shipping delays. The customer assumes responsibility for any delays caused by incomplete or partial shipping or payment information.

Return Policy

Country Cabin Crafter is all about creating high quality, handcrafted items with a country touch. Country in nature, the minor imperfections are intentional and add to the products natural beauty. It is the nature of the items to look old, worn, distressed and showing wood grain. This is what gives our items the Country Cabin Crafter country look. Personalized products may not be returned for a refund. All stock items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. All items returned must be in the same condition they were received. Original shipping costs will be refunded to the customer but the customer will pay all shipping costs to return the product to Country Cabin Crafter. By purchasing from us, you agree to the Return Policy and conditions stated here. The customer also acknowledges that each item purchased from us is handcrafted and hand painted, as such each item sold is one-of-a-kind and unique. Prior to initiating any return, please contact us.

We are not in the business of selling names to spam organizations or other marketers. We do maintain a database on all customers who order from this site. We use this information only for our recording purposes and we do not currently contact any of our customers to solicit additional products.
